it is at moments after I have dreamed

it is at moments after i have dreamed
of the rare entertainment of your eyes,
when(being fool to fancy)i have deemed

with your peculiar mouth my heart made wise;
at moments when the glassy darkness holds

the genuine apparition of your smile
(it was through tears always)and silence moulds
such strangeness as was mine a little while;

moments when my once more illustrious arms
are filled with fascination,when my breast
wears the intolerant brightness of your charms:

one pierced moment whiter than the rest

-turning from the tremendous lie of sleep
i watch the roses of the day grow deep.

Dying with Jesus, by death reckoned mine;
Living with Jesus, a new life divine;
Looking to Jesus till glory doth shine,
Moment by moment, O Lord, I am Thine.

Moments We Spent

Every moment we spent together is never forgotten just a mere memory,
All my feelings for you buried behind these brown eyes,
The moment you saw me cry I wanted you to hold me yet you never cared for me,
I want to be your everything,
I will always remember the days we always talked on the phone for hours,
I waited for you yet you left me with this broken heart,
All the moments we spent was the time I felt safe in your arms,
When you call me I get the butterflies in my stomach yet you don’t notice I still have feelings for you,
I just miss the way you sweet talk to me,
I miss everything about you,
All the moments we had is now gone,
Still makes me wonder why I still talk to me like nothing has ever happened,
You say most wonderful things to me yet now we through but my heart isn’t letting me move on,
Moments we spent together will never be forgotten,
It’ll just be buried under the scars of the broken heart.

it seems that something has broken you inside
You feel lost and incomplete, alone and insecure
I see it in your eyes and I feel it inside heart
Don't be afraid to look forward, and don't be scared to look behind

Let me try to fix you, by giving you pieces of me
Let me try to fix you, by giving my love to you
Piece by piece, word by word, moment by moment

Some people look right through you, and some only see the outside.
The only thing I see, is the warmth and love inside of you.
A warmth the melts my cold world and brightens my dark life.
Don't feel afraid to look forward, and don't be scared to look behind.

moment to moment

i can hear my footsteps
disturbing crush rocks
covering the walkways
same as my simmering
mind tracking solution
that eludes everybody

i can see my shadow
hiding beneath my feet
breeze tried to blow
but it doesn't have mass
so it stay as it was
so she bent on dust

i met tax preparer
smiling with contempt
trying to sway me
to get his service
i was told affordable
i wish i could remember

The moment when, after many years
of hard work and a long voyage
you stand in the centre of your room,
house, half-acre, square mile, island, country,
knowing at last how you got there,
and say, I own this,

is the same moment when the trees unloose
their soft arms from around you,
the birds take back their language,
the cliffs fissure and collapse,
the air moves back from you like a wave
and you can't breathe.

No, they whisper. You own nothing.
You were a visitor, time after time
climbing the hill, planting the flag, proclaiming.
We never belonged to you.
You never found us.
It was always the other way round.
